Today again I heard a cry
A bruised heart's moan
A heavy sad sigh....

There's wind and rain
And buds in pain
A smile that's faint
And beauty stained

A tear that rolled
Down the cheek
Just that one
Could a million words speak

In the darkness of the night
There was a plea for light
Alas! In vain
'Coz none cared his plight..
